An easy recipe for perfect homemade pancakes using ingredients you already have at home.
Melt butter and set aside.
Combine dry ingredients.
Whisk milk, egg, and butter together. Add mixture to dry ingredients. Mix well.
Drop batter in 1/4 cup increments onto hot griddle (250 degrees). Flip after bubbles pop. Remove from heat when pancakes are golden brown.
Optional: Add chocolate chips as a garnish while batter is moist, before flipping the pancakes.
